With a total investment of approximately RMB 3 billion, the project covers an area of about 634 mu (approx. 42.3 hectares) and includes a built floor area of roughly 240,000 square meters, with new workshops, warehouses, and other facilities planned. Upon reaching full production capacity, the project will produce 1,000 sets of large-scale wind turbine blades of 10 MW class and above annually, with an estimated incremental annual output value of about RMB 4 billion. It will also broaden local employment channels, further consolidate the competitive edge of Haimen's wind power industrial cluster, and inject strong momentum into the high-quality development of the national new energy industry.
