On April 9th, Aeolon Wind Power held a grand "2018 Lean Closing Ceremony" at the group headquarters and Nanhui base. The group president, general managers of each base, and heads of human resources departments, quality centers, technical centers, and group lean office attended the event. Mr. Li Chuansheng, the group president, made important suggestions on lean work in the past few years and gave instructions on lean work in 2019.

In 2018, some excellent projects of each subsidiary were exhibited, with a total of 14 projects from five bases participating in the exhibition.

After three hours of discussion, everyone summarized their work for 2018 and made preliminary plans for the development of work in 2019. At the end of the meeting, everyone took a photo and smiled as they welcomed the challenges of the new year.
