Setting Another Record! Aeolon Technology Successfully Completes Full-Scale Static Test of a 126-Meter Wind Turbine Blade

Time:2026-10-16

Recently, Aeolon Technology successfully completed the full-scale static test of a 126-meter wind turbine blade. The test was undertaken by Nantong Longteng Testing Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Aeolon Technology. A 10-point loading scheme was adopted, and after multiple rounds of load case assessments, the entire test verification task was successfully completed.

The full-scale blade static test is a core testing procedure for verifying blade structural strength and validating design reliability. A 126-meter ultra-long blade poses extremely high challenges to the test fixtures, loading control, and data acquisition. The successful completion of this test fully validates the structural performance of the blade and marks a further improvement in Aeolon Technology's testing and inspection capabilities in the field of large-scale offshore wind turbine blades.

Aeolon Technology has established a complete industrial layout covering blade R&D and design, testing and inspection, manufacturing, and after-sales operation and maintenance, and can provide full life-cycle test verification services for large-scale offshore wind turbine blades. Going forward, the company will continue to deepen technical research on large blade testing, steadily advance the technological iteration of offshore wind power equipment, and continuously empower the high-quality development of the domestic and international far-offshore wind power industry.
