On July 29, the first blade of the V172 project – jointly developed by Vestas and Aeolon Technology for the first time – was successfully demolded. This cooperation is groundbreaking in every sense: it represents the first joint R&D project in the history of the partnership between the two companies, with the product directly manufactured at Phase I Nantong Base of Aeolon, and it also marks the starting point of Vestas' brand‑new product family.

Since the official launch of the V172 project, the project team has united its efforts, tackled difficulties head‑on, and broken through multiple key production technology challenges one by one. By steadily advancing all trial production tasks, the team ultimately achieved this important milestone – the successful demolding of the first blade.

At the demolding ceremony for the first blade of the V172 project, relevant leaders attended the event and delivered speeches in turn, including Yang Hai, General Manager of Nantong Phase I Base, Zhang Chao, Group Operations Director, and Li Zhiwei, Vestas customer representative.
