On April 11, 2026, the first V110 Cut-up blade was successfully demolded at Aeolon Technology's Zhangbei Phase I base. As another significant achievement of the company's layout at this facility, the V110 Cut-up blade fully integrated Aeolon's core technological strengths in blade manufacturing with the advanced production systems of the Zhangbei Phase I base.

Upon receiving this international order, the Zhangbei Phase I base promptly initiated a dedicated production plan. With close collaboration across all departments, every step—from raw material procurement and mold commissioning to production process optimisation and quality inspection—was rigorously controlled, ensuring the on-schedule demold of the blade. This once again demonstrates Aeolon Technology's outstanding capabilities in the customised production of wind turbine blades.
