During the peak summer heat, management and staff at all Aeolon Technology manufacturing bases have remained dedicated to their posts, working tirelessly under high temperatures to ensure the safe and orderly operation of production.

On July 15 and 18, Aeolon Technology Chairman Hu Wenlong conducted work inspections at the Aeolon Zhangbei and Yumen bases respectively, and warmly extended his regards to the management and staff working in the sweltering conditions.

At the Aeolon Zhangbei base, he inquired in detail about the base's production operations, the progress of the Work Safety Month, and the heatstroke prevention and cooling measures in place. He urged the base management to care for frontline managers and employees with genuine concern and compassion.

At the Aeolon Yumen base, he gained an in-depth understanding of production operations and logistical support for the workforce. He expressed appreciation for the staff's hard work and required all units to further implement heat mitigation measures, strengthen care for employees, stock sufficient heat‑relief supplies, and effectively ensure a safe and stable environment so that all staff can comfortably get through the summer.
